(TGA) - Travel - Wow, I'm horrified by all the airline passengers stranded by the ash. And concerned about Ireland. Are flights to the Republic of Ireland suspended too? All I hear about is Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Irish air space has been closed all day and will remain closed until at least 1pm tomorrow (Sunday) so no flights in or out of the Republic of Ireland until further notice. You can keep up to date by checking in with the national broadcaster's website:
