(TGA) - All private rentals need to be licensed in the State of Florida. Here is the webpage to check for KCB legally licensed rentals. Or ask your rental for their license # before your rent check is mailed in!

I have heard some really bad stories about guests that checked into their rental. So I want to help all of you vacationers have a great time in KCB. Also, call the KCB City Clerk's office as well for verification! www.keycolonybeach.net You will need the rental address or the owner's last name!
