Hi Avi.
I assume you mean FLEA MARKET ! ! !
The only real market of that kind is outside the walls of Valletta next to the bus terminus on a Sunday morrning up until lunch time. They sell all sorts of things from antiques, live animals, clothes ,shoes, music records and even rubbish.
There is a car boot sale in Marsascala and another large market ot Ta Qali also on a Sunday in the afternoon.
Most towns have their normal regular markets the largest being in Vitoriosa on Tuesday morning.
Mosta has one on Monday and Birkirkara on Wednesday and Friday.
You will find lots to chose from.
Graham.

Hi Avi
Your best bet is to head to Valletta and there will be a market early in the morning . You can park , in the car park just as you pass Floriana , turn left at the Momumentand first right for the car park entrance .After an hour or so at the market , you could then walk into Valletta and watch the army parade in Republic square . If time is left youcould go backto the Flea Market or visit other places in Valletta .
I think Graham would like his name to be Jerry but does not want to admit it , maybe Garry would be nicer ???

As Graham said the flea market i s held outside Valletta every Sunday. There is also a daily market in Valletta but it's not a flea market as such. They only sell clothes, toys, household goods and similar stuff.
'Regarding the Sunday market in Marsalxlokk. There are buses from Bugibba/Qawra and Sliema/St Julians and they are more frequent on Sunday mornings.

It depends really what Avi is looking for from his flea market.
We were disappointed on our first visit as they are really markets selling all new goods, but we do love looking around the markets though, for the atmosphere, especially Marsalxlokk, but not to find antiques & collectables. There are car boot sales on a Sunday if that is what he is looking for.
