(TGA) - If you're looking for horseback riding in Montana I'd recommend Bear Paw in Livingston, MT. Tim, the owner, is a true Montana mountain man. Having lived there all his life he truly understands the country and the wildlife. The half day ride we did took us through some breathtaking scenery. It's not a fast pace, but the horses are well trained and my husband and I felt very relaxed and safe. Two of Tim's dogs accompanied us on the trip and made the adventure even more enjoyable. Take a snack to enjoy halfway on the break and you'll be sure to have an memorable and fun time.
