(TGA) - Okay, what should we try? Going to try to Roy's in Baltimore Md this Friday. I hope it's as good as the ones in Hawaii. I was thrilled to find it here only 30 minutes away. As a gearing up for our Hawaii trip we are going to check it out!

The butterfish is awesome. And if you like the Roy's in B-more you'll love the restaurants in Hawaii, they're superior with more choices than the ones I've been to on the Mainland (including Baltimore).

We went to the one in Waikiki, and I've been tempted to go to the one in Baltimore. I know this sounds stupid, but after going to the one in Oahu, going to the one in Balt. just won't be the same, and I don't want to ruin what a good memory I have of the one in Oahu. I may break down though. Let me know how it is.

Hawaiian deco wonderful, not tacky. Asked for a both. Tried the canoe appetizer. Loved the pork ribs and shrimp and the blackened ahi melts in your mouth. Then split the Maui wowie salad phenominal shrimp and tasted a little like caesar salad the fresh black pepper was perfect loved it... Tried the beef carpaccio requested a little garlic bread crisps with it. This was the bomb my favorite ever! I tried the Hawaiian martini really good to strong, hibiscus champagne drink, did not like, the champagne was flat sent it back. Tried something called a 1988 oh, this was for me stronnggg but a sipper for sure loved it. My husband loved it as well. I didn't want to pull a "Harry met Sally", but could have..... My husband had the fish trio loved it, have to stand up and salute the mahi mahi fabulous! I had the butterfish really different but wonderful. It's a 19th anniversary dinner so..,. Pineapple upside down cake excellent, but the chocolate soufflé was the winner here... Oh my roll me out. So the kona coffee not That great. Prefer columbian French press. Maybe it didn't stay hot long also. Service was impeccable. I want to shout out to John our waiter who totally rocked. Also loved that there was valet.

Every employee smiled and was so nice! The managers Also. We requested an exchange on the fish sampler and it was no problem. This restaurant is a must try in my book!
