(TGA) - I found a site listing old Tennessee Mills. ohiobarns.com/othersites/mills/tnmills.html
It shows several in Sevier County TN which I would like to include in a Smoky Mountian trip.
Just a few are linked to Google maps.
I wondered if anyone knows a link to a site that has a map of the locations of these mills?

I searched all around and couldn't find anything. I guess you'll have to create your own Google Map. Thanks for the link to the mills.
Here's a link similar to your one for mills. This one is by Tom Dunigan of UTK. Scroll down until you see the GPS. It has lists of lookout towers, waterfalls, arches, hiking trails, etc.

That's a nice site catblueblue. I don't know of a map showing them all, but I went to google maps, typed in either the mill name or address and located them. The ones in Sevier, Jefferson and Blount would be the closest to the Gatlinburg-PForge area.

I am trying to Google a map for them now but some are not showing up so it is taking a lot of time.
I think I will have to Google the Mills and try to get a better address for some of them then go back to Google map and see if I find them that way.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Hi - Try millpictures.com - lots of mills with directions for getting there.
