(TGA) - We are going to be in Iowa this weekend and wondered if it would be worth it to go to Pella. I know that the festival is the following weekend, but I am assuming that tulips would be blooming this weekend also. What other things would there be to do, and where would be good places to eat.

Things to keep in mind there will be a lot a lot of people and things shut down on Sunday.

This weekend is actually a better weekend since you won't have to fight the crowds. The tulips have started to bloom and with the warmth on the next couple days should be looking good this weekend.
You have to have a dutch pastry called a dutch letter. It is marzipan wrapped in a flaky dough.
