(TGA) - I (and a companion) will be traveling to Scottsdale, AZ for a Seminar, 1/23/2010 through 1/27 or 1/28 2010. I would like to find an economical, clean, apartment, condo or house to rent close to the Arizona Grand Resort on Grand Parkway, Phoenix, AZ (which is where the seminar is).

We like to be able to cook for ourselves. High speed internet access is a must. Fitness facilities at least close by (pool, hot tub, steam room) would be a plus.

Something averaging about 60.00 - 75.00 / night would be preferable.

We are clean, do not smoke, and will treat your place as if it is our own. We eat mostly vegetarian / vegan options, so recommendations for purchasing food and eating out would be great as well!

agjr, In case you do not find a privately owned apt, I suggest you Google "Extended Stay Hotels Chandler AZ" and look at the map for some options. There appears to be a Studio 6 Extended Stay right on Interstate 10 near the AZ Grand as well as some other extended stay options. Sprouts, Sunflower and Whole Foods grocery stores all carry some good vegetarian lines. (Also, you mention Scottsdale as your destination, but the AZ Grand is not in or terribly close to Scottsdale, especially if you are looking for a room rate in the range you mention.)
