Restaurants on Folly are small and local. It's unlikely you will find coupons at the SC Welcome Center, but I could be wrong.
If you are staying in a condo, and plan to prepare some meals yourself, EarthFare has a good fish market, and also does tasty prepared food. You can also buy local seafood at Huff's - http://www.huffsseafood.com/index.php
The Mustard Seed restaurant (about a 20 minute drive off island) always has good, daily seafood specials.
Bowen's Island, down a dirt road just off Folly, is a famous local seafood "dive". (Not sure how healthy or organic, but the seafood is local.)

There are 2 pizza locations on Folly--Woody's and Little Mama's. There will be lunch and breakfast veg items on the menu at the Lost Dog, along with excellent coffee. Salads are available at all restaurants.
You won't find coupons for restaurants on Folly, although Crab Shack and Planet Follywood have daily specials, although usually not vegetarian.
Folly restaurants are basically hamburger and fried seafood places.
I do recommend Bowen's Island for seafood.

They're the best. But they won't be really good til the water cools off. Shrimp is in season and they are tasty right now.
