(TGA) - Our daughter will be playing college volleyball against University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg TX. We will be flying into McAllen. How easy is it to get a taxi to our hotel from the airport?

Although I generally rent a car, I have always found that there are several cabs always waiting outside the terminal baggage claim area no matter what time of the day. Depending on how much you will be using the car to go back and forth, you might want to check on a rental car vs. depending on cabs as UTPA is about 10 miles from the McAllen airport. I have generally found that Enterprise or Dollar are substantially less expensive than the others.
