Key West Key Lime Pie Company is great. There are multiple stores that sell their pies and if you're on Big Pine Key there's an outlet store in the shopping plaza. Yumm Try their frozen pie on a stick for something different.
In Key West you'll see Blonde Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory and Kermits shops. I prefer Blond Giraffe but taste for yourself.
