Go as far south as possible, I'd think! Aegina and the Saronic Gulf might be a bit cool! Many on this forum recommend Crete and Rhodes for that reason, but I have been in the southern Peloponnese several times in October when the water was fine. You might look at the coastal areas in the Gulf of Kalamata.
Here's a link to the Poseidon System -- a website that monitors ocean conditions in Greece. The surface temperature maps will give you an idea of what to expect. Take a look at the animated ocean forecast.

Hope you find some warm water!

As Deb adds, the sheltered Messinian Gulf has very warm waters, it's well known, but I think I would fly out to Crete, just to be sure.
Do you know you have posted in the Aegina forum?

Are you planning to go to Aegina or did you post here by accident?
If the first, then the beach of Agia Marina is usually very warm because it "sees" the sun almost all day.
