(TGA) - My boyfriend and I are trying to decide between two different nine day tours of Iceland:
1. Iceland Complete (Iceland Travel: http://www.icelandtravel.is/individuals-fit/scheduled-tours/detail/item3...)
2. Island Life Tour (Iceland Saga Travel: http://www.icelandsagatravel.com/tours/ist132.shtml)
Any thoughts or opinions on the itinerary or the tour companies? The overall itinerary has a few differences, but the Island Life Tour includes some things that the other doesn’t, such as whale watching, glacial lagoon boat ride, and Myvatn Nature Baths, but it also costs more (I'm estimating that it's maybe $1,000 more).

At firt glans, the tours look similar. But the main difference is that one (the more expensive one) includes flight from USA, which is the biggest difference. In my opinion, the first is better, and it is with a well known Icelandic agency, but the other one ( Iceland saga travel) is with a well known agency as well.
You should ask: Who is the ,,ground operator" ?, how big will the groups be ?, and will there be a certified local tourguide conducting the tour.
