(TGA) - Are there trains that run from Kiev to any cities in Germany or Austria or any other Western European city??????

Hi Dc! :) There sure are.
I think the most convenient and fast is #29 Kyiv – Berlin, departing daily at 9.24am. Total time en rout – 24.45 hrs. Runs via Poland.
There’s also a carriage Kyiv-Vienna attached to #51, departing at 8.42pm. But it runs only twice a week (Tue, Fri). Goes through Poland and Czech Rep, hence too long, about 35hrs en rout.
If it doesn't really matter which WE city you want to get to, take the shortest one from Kyiv, then switch to a European train.
You can buy tickets in Kyiv at the Central Railway Station (1 Vokzalna Sq.), the Central Railway Pay Office (38/40 Shevchenko Ave., near “Express” Hotel), or at railway pay offices or travel agencies rep offices located all over the city.
