No direct planes to Kaunas.

Direct planes Moscow-Vilnius - from Vnukovo International air port.

Trains from/to Russia don't stop now in Kaunas at all, and even don't go thru Kaunas itself, as Kaunas railway tunnel is under the reconstruction. If one need to go from Vilnius to Kaunas, it's "Kaunas-1" now. If one comes from Warszawa and need to get to Kaunas, the stop is Palemonas (Kaunas' suburb). And no train connection from Klaipėda/Palanga/Šiauliai.
