(TGA) - Does anybody know what is the policy of entering Moldova with the refugee travel document? Some people say just come, others say I need a visa. The embassy says I need a visa, Immigration Department in Moldova says I don't need one and they won't issue any. I am confused.

You need visa if you are flying directly to Moldova. If you are coming from any other european state then you possibly will be able to buy it at the airport.
