(TGA) - Staying in Benalmadena for a couple of nights in Feb and hoping for some advice about best way to get to Gibraltar for a day trip.

We went on a coach trip that picked up outside the Minerva Apartments at 7:30am on a Thursday. We had 5 hours in Gibraltar and the cost was €12 per person.

It took over 3 hours each way but there were lots of pick-up points around Benalmadena before we got to the motorway. Same again coming back with drop-offs.
Not an experience I'm likely to repeat but at least I can say I've been to Gib!

I`m sure i have seen an "express" option for around 17euro. This has limited stops/pickup points.

the express trip is brill. its picks up at the points where everyone has booked, then straight on the motorway to gib... well worth the extra euros.. :) enjoy..
